Will i need transformers or adapters if i take my electronics from America to Korea?

I'll be traveling to Korea in a couple weeks and i was wondering if i needed to get transformers/adapters for my laptop, phone, and other electronics. I'm sure their voltages are different from America, though i don't know how but i don't want my electronics to ruin. If i do need them where can i find them?|||Most adaptors for small electronics work for 110-220V (but do check yours).

In that case, you only need a small plastic adaptor for the power plug.

If not, you will need a transformer as well.

Most travel stores sell them. You can also buy them at the airport. Check also officemax and other similar stores.
