I am going to watch Transformers 3 today but I have not seen the first one or the second one. I wanted to know the summaries of the 2 movies and the things i need to know about them. Please help!! 10 points for best answer!!

It's also a fun read if you just want to learn more about your favorite characters, or the Transformers in general.|||Basically in both movies the Decepticons are looking for items that could cause irreparable harm to Earth and conquer their home planet of Cybertron, while the Autobots simply want to protect the human race and restore their home planet to its original glory. Sam Witwicky (Shia LeBeouf) is the human focus point for both movies as he somehow becomes the key to finding these items: the AllSpark, and the Matrix of Leadership.
You'll see that the Transformers' history on Earth doesn't simply start in present-day, but go back as far as ancient times of the caveman. The incident of the Mars Lunar lander years ago comes into play, and the first movie will talk about the reasoning behind the construction of Hoover Dam. As the third movie will depict, which is not a spoiler because it's in the trailer, the reason for the moon landing was because NASA discovered a ship landed there.
If you've seen the animated "Transformers: The Movie," released in 1986, the movies are somewhat related to that film.|||All you need to know is that you'll have no idea what's going on and you'll see half second camera shots during the action.|||My aunt is in transformers 3! she is amazing.
