Well, i have an HTC HD2, and i am having problems with HTC Sense. It keeps on saying Unable to Launch HTC sense. I have searched on how to fix that error and several people say that a factory reset will solve that issue, but i dont want to lose some installed games that i can no longer get, and the transformers movies.|||no because transformers is on your memory card not your internal memory|||If you didn't get backup assistant and do a factory reset you will lose pictures,movies and whatever.
A factory reset means just that,it will put the phone back to where it was when you bought it before you added anything.|||yes, it will remove all the movies, so you should back up first.
