Who is the voice of the prime in transformers 2?

at the end of transformers 2 when shia almost does and the prime speaks to him i recognize his voice from a christmas movie i believe. i looked online and couldnt find any actors that are in both movies. does anyone know who this is?|||Ah, good question.
