I just watched Transformers 2 in theaters and i couldn't help noticing some similarities between the two. I'm just wondering if i am crazy or if anyone else has noticed this.|||no. what similarities could there be.

Bad guys been exiled a while after falling from grace for his warped "humans suck and totally can die off" ideas... sends henchmen to fix the "issue" so he can return and take out the golden boy himself?
