Why was transformers: Dark side of the moon changed to Transformers: dark of the moon?

The original trailer for the new Transformers movie showed the title as Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon, now all the movies, advertisements and even the game show Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Does anyone know why it was changed?|||"Dark Side of the Moon" is a classic album by Pink Floyd, maybe there would have been legal issues.|||It was called Dark Side of the moon. When the teaser trailer came out that's what it was called. They changed it latter because of the Pink Floyd reference.
